For new and younger goaltenders, the focus is on the fundamentals of goaltending. We aim to create a solid foundation of techniques for these goaltenders to build upon. 

For the older and more experienced goaltenders, there is a more in-depth review of the goaltending basics, plus advanced post-work techniques, skating drills and edge work, puck-handling, and much more!

All goalies registered will be divided into 3 separate groups based on age / skill level to ensure balanced groups that can be challenged accordingly at camp.

Camp Details:

• 2 Hours of Ice per day (2 - 60 minute sessions)
• 60 Minutes of Classroom / Video Analysis
• 90 Minutes of Dryland Training
• 45 Minutes of Sports
• 30 Minutes of Team Building / Mental Health Awareness
• Instructor to Goalie Ratio of 2:1 (Very rare for most goaltender camps!)

They allow goaltenders to read plays, track pucks through traffic, and make quick decisions under pressure—development that can’t be replicated in drills alone. These sessions build confidence, sharpen instincts, and give goalies a chance to enjoy the game in a fun and competitive environment.

We offer several scrimmage groups throughout the season, so be sure to find your goalie’s age group for the correct time and program details.
