The Full Summer Elite Program is the best opportunity for goalies who are committed to developing and improving their goaltending abilities this summer. It is an intense program where goalies are pushed and challenged more than in a weeklong camp setting. This program has been designed by the Spriggs Goaltending team to cover all aspects of the goaltending position across a full-summer of sessions. We limit the groups to lower numbers to maximize the amount of time goalies are able to spend getting instruction and being in the net.

Immersing the goalies in a cutting-edge simulation that enhances their skills and reflexes. By harnessing the power of virtual reality, goalies can hone their techniques, improve their reflexes, and make split-second decisions, providing an unprecedented and realistic training environment off the ice.

Our Inside the Box: August Program shifts the focus to structure, repetition, and purpose. Designed to get goalies dialed in ahead of evaluations, this program emphasizes technical sharpness, consistent habits, and game-transferable skills.
3 sessions will focus on edge work, mobility, and puck-handling in a controlled, progressive format.3 sessions take those skills and apply them in tactical, game-like environments with saves and repetitions in the crease.
This is the ideal tune-up camp for goalies looking to enter tryouts focused, sharp, and fundamentally sound.

Our Inside the Box: August Program shifts the focus to structure, repetition, and purpose. Designed to get goalies dialed in ahead of evaluations, this program emphasizes technical sharpness, consistent habits, and game-transferable skills.

The Full Summer Elite Program is the best opportunity for goalies who are committed to developing and improving their goaltending abilities this summer. It is an intense program where goalies are pushed and challenged more than in a weeklong camp setting. This program has been designed by the Spriggs Goaltending team to cover all aspects of the goaltending position across a full-summer of sessions. We limit the groups to lower numbers to maximize the amount of time goalies are able to spend getting instruction and being in the net.

The Full Summer Elite Program is the best opportunity for goalies who are committed to developing and improving their goaltending abilities this summer. It is an intense program where goalies are pushed and challenged more than in a weeklong camp setting. This program has been designed by the Spriggs Goaltending team to cover all aspects of the goaltending position across a full-summer of sessions. We limit the groups to lower numbers to maximize the amount of time goalies are able to spend getting instruction and being in the net.

Team Coaching

Byron offers winter and spring team goalie coaching to ensure your goalie stays sharp all year long! This allows your goalie the opportunity to improve on their specific abilities during the winter and spring seasons.
Often, coaches will run a “split practice” - meaning the forwards, defencemen and goalies are separated to focus on position-specific skills.
While the coaches are working on systems with the rest of the team, Byron will take the goalies and run them through goalie specific drills.
Most recently during the Winter 2017-18 season, Byron provided goalie coaching for the following teams:
