Often, coaches will run a “split practice” - meaning the forwards, defencemen and goalies are separated to focus on position-specific skills.
While the coaches are working on systems with the rest of the team, Byron will take the goalies and run them through goalie specific drills.

In-Season Goalie Development Program Groups
Location: Southdale CC
This program offers an opportunity for in-season goalie specific development. Byron has put together different programs for each group that run the course of the season. Each group will focus on developing a series of important goalie specific skills that might be otherwise forgotten during the hockey season. Groups are divided by age group.
