U9/U11/U13 Foundations Program

Find a new love for goaltending this season? Or maybe this is your goalie’s second season and they are still looking to build goalie specific habits? Then this is the perfect program.

Byron and his staff will be diving into the basics of goaltending to provide a solid foundation, or add to the existing skills your goalies have developed.

Goalie Ages: Born 2012-2016
Location: Southdale CC
Group Size: 12 MAX (2:1 Goalie to Instructor Ratio)

Session Focuses:

  • Challenging the Shooter & Depth Control
  • Proper Angles & Staying Square
  • Lateral Mobility (t-pushes, shuffles, recoveries)
  • Breakaway Saves
  • Puck Tracking (efficient hands, rebound control)
  • Reading the play (seeing the game from the goalie’s lens)

U11/U13 Advanced Program

For more advanced/experienced goaltenders. This goalie specific program has been created to help goalies continue to develop through the spring months.

This program will aim to focus on adding new techniques and the little details that can be difficult to implement during a season with so many team practices and games.

Take the time to really focus on the goalie specific improvements!
